Help!!May I know what is the minimum level required for the pink rainbow and alicorn?

Haven't seen that there's any level limit. I think you've just got to follow the quest lines

The quest line requires theatre and library at some point so i guess you must be able to build theatre in order to complete the goal.

I just checked the guide and you must be at least on lv 19 to be able to build Theater.

After doing the first valentines adventure, collect from Thomas house to trigger new goal and keep doing till you unlock the rainbow. For more info you should check goals thread etc...

My kid just started playing,and these lower level players have no chance at rainbow or ALi-so I went ahead and got my kid the Ali(I gave it as a reward for stars I give him for doin good in school-our barter system )

Don't forget you also need to have expanded to Thurston for some of the goals.
