Problem with "good vibes"

I think that something wrong on my game! i sent 300 requests for good vibes and non of that has accepted..

Pointless sending so many requests.... You can only receive 20 each day. If you had sent that many for a different request the day before you will still be receiving the prior ones first even though it has been completed.

Does it say in you news that neighbours have accepted any of your requests? Sometimes there is a delay, you can try closing the game and restarting.
