cannot crossbreed poodle & cocker spaniel

I wish to crossbreed poodle and cocker spaniel, i have the 400 coins and both breeds available. The crossbreed section allows me to pick both but the 'confirm crossbreed' stays greyed ojt and i cannot click it. Any ideas as to why this is? Cheers, Sam

Is the crossbreed button greyed out?
Try restarting your device.
