Why is the "Growing Home" quest not appearing??

I can't figure this out...the "Growing Home" quest is not showing up for me. :( I'm level 11 and I've completed "A Banner Occasion" (the previous quest according to the lists here on the forum).

I would very much like to continue in the quest chain so I can build Ivy's Hut and then expand to the Magic Garden. But I can't figure out why the next quest step isn't appearing. Any ideas??? I searched the forums but couldn't find anything...do I need to be a higher level? Is there another prerequisite quest I'm missing?

UPDATE:

I don't know what I did but it just appeared! Maybe because I dinged lvl12; maybe because I finished building my Keep....but I have the quest now. Commenting here in case others search the forums with the same question.
