Transfer of my kingdom to new device?

I've just received a new iPad. Totally happy with it but don't know how to transfer my game to the new device. When I download the game I will have to start from the greenfield. I am very advanced player and would rather quit playing than start from the very beginning.

Any advice?

You can transfer yourself as per the thread lotuskat provided, or you can send an email to support@teamlava.com and they can do your transfer.
