We all have 3 gift to send.
If i sent to 3 neighbors and one of them declines my gift,
Can i send to another ?

No. It counts the number you send not the number accepted.

As its rare to get 20 gifts per day I recommend accepting them all so gifts aren't wasted

some gifts are useless.
I have 22 love wood, 10 love stone, 20 entwined seedlings, I have no use for. I think they are to do with valentines edition, but I only started to play after valentines.
I still accept, because who knows, maybe I'll use them next year. But still, I wish they were removed from the list or at least be moved to the end of the list. I think some people just gift the first thing they see.
