Can't buy floor tiles

I have a goal that needs me to buy floor tiles. When I go to buy them, my app closes and I have to reload it. It doesn't save the walls I buy either. How do I fix this? I don't want to use jewels just to pass this task. It closes every time I try to place a valentines tile and only when I try to buy them.

U can buy other tile 4 this task. Also have u tried restating ur devise and deleteing ur devise?
