The PERMIT for expI got from my nb always lost

Please help checking my ID. (dorothyz) I request PERMIT from my nb to expand my shop. I got a few response by click ACCEPT. But I can't find more PERMIT in my storage. Please advise. I would like to expand my shop before new borns. No space anymore for them ^^' Thank you very much.

I found that the accept I click is for response to my nb's request. But anyway, my nb confirmed that they have accepted my request but I still haven't got it until now. Please check for me. Thanks.

I have the Same. I see the permits but they are not to see in the store. I Cannon expanse. What to do?

Have you tried completely closing out of the game and restarting? When you click on an expansion can you see an increase in the number of permits that you have?
