Large Amethysts??

I am playing Dragon story valentines and when i traded a Super Rare dragon (Mistmoth Dragon) i got a Large Sapphire, Small Sapphire and a Large Amethyst. I looked to see what a Large Amethyst did and i found out it did nothing. Could you make it turn into small amethysts Please?

Large amethyst is used for crafting a sapphire dragon. You need two of them , one sxroll, three nether dusts. Check your crafting building.
