It's a whole area dedicated to getting neighbors or having others add you. You can look at the threads and reply with your name or just scroll through and add people.

Just make sure you look at the 'requirements' before adding people or adding your name to a list. Some require that you tip and/or gift daily. If you can't do either, just reply in the base thread ... For February (changes monthly)
