I did reset the tablet game and was removed, I reinstalled the game but I can not enter my id. What can I do? Help me!

If you trying to use a new device (different from the device you first downloaded the game to), you will need to transfer your games over to your new device.

You can email support@teamlava.com (support@teamlava.com) and they can transfer your games.

If you have already set up a new storm ID on your new device, you will not be able to transfer yourself.

If playing on the same device and your games have started over, you will need to email support@teamlava.com
Let them know your storm ID and the name of the tablet you play on.
