Available charts and lists for newbies

Is there a central place to obtain complete neighbor lists, egg chart, and dragon chart? I've run across an egg chart but don't know if it is the latest. I found a basic dragon chart but from visiting neighbors, I can see my chart does not contain all dragons. I found a neighbor list but most of the names don't come up so I think it is old. I apologize for all of the questions but am very new. Any other insight would be appreciated. Thanks

Also, our name on this forum is out storm ID and most people do not mind being added as neighbor. You can get to know people on here by checking the threads regularly. Have fun, it is a really cool game :)
