Transfer City Story on new device but not the Restaurant Story and/or Bakery Story

I successfully transferred my City Story to a new device but why the Restaurant Story and the Bakery Story has been transferred to the new device as well? I followed the instructions carefully just once.

I think the Storm8 ID is associated with the device UDID. so when you transfer one game, it transfers all of the games associated with the Storm8 ID.

But if that's how it is, then why they have to ask which game has to be transferred?

I just need to transfer the City Story because I gave my old device to my sister.
