Still haven't received February goals

Everyone else is making their ovens. I still have yet to get the list Icon to have any goals listed. I'm Upton date & I've tried uninstalling & reinstalling the game from my device. Any suggestions? Thanks.

If you play on kindle fire you are not going to get the goals. Did not get Christmas goals either...TL excluded these players. Apparently are money is nit good enough.
