Researching The Steed quest

Finally got to this quest and after upgrading my level 3 library to level 5 I re-opened the quest in my log and there is no green use button like there usually is with similar quests. Nothing happens when I select my library, I have tried removing it from my land but putting it into storage, I also restarted the game with it in my storage and put it back out and nothing has helped yet. Anyone else had this happen to you? Please help

I believe level 5 is as high as you can go, so you won't see the green upgrade tab anymore.

The button I'm talking about is on the quest page, not the building.

Deleting and re installing both versions of the game available doesn't fix the problem either

I'm on that quest as well and thought it would be completed when I upgraded it to level 5. Maybe we have to collect from it?

Confirmed, the quest completes upon collecting from the level 5 library. I assume this also unlocks the new adventure at your keep.
