You cant really. Unless you have 2 devices you are stuck with what you have. The game is on TeamLava's server, not on your device, so you cant just delete it and re-install it because you will just be up to where you were before you deleted it. If you have a second device you can start from scratch on that device.

You can buy gems if you wish, and that may help with whatever you are happy with, otherwise you might just have to earn coins and do it that way. Speaking from experience, it is possible to play without buying gems, but it does take time and patience.
