If I did not received my gold but was charged on my credit card... Do I email teamlava?
Must I include my statement from my credit card... What steps must I follow please?

You will need to send an email to support@teamlava.com
Attach a copy of your receipt showing when you purchased the gold.
(Try restarting your device to see if the gold shows up)
