Saw a Dalmatian on a heart cushion in a few shops, not listed anywhere. Where do you find it?

it's a goal that is very hard to get, u need to pick it up right as it appears and breed dalmatian puppies or something like that

i assumed that was from last years' valentines content but android didn't have this game then so i wasn't playing so i'm not sure.
