New user question about expanding

I am on level 9 and trying to expand. I paid 4000 coins and waited while the expand counter did its thing. When it was done my coins were gone but it didn't expand! Did the same thing a second time when I saved up 4000 more coins and waited and nothing happened the second time either! What am I dong wrong?

this happened to me before. i think the best way to solve the problem is just to restart the app :)

yes, this will resolve the problem... I had that happen with a lot of my expansions.. even the very last one.. lol. Just a minor annoyance.

I tried to restart the app and unfortunately it didn't work. Oh well thank you for your suggestions anyway.

try restart your device .

After you expand the foliage and rocks are still there. You have to clear them after you expand.
