Golden nugget, apple and egg?

How do I go about finding/ making these items?

I got a golden nugget but I have no idea how. You're supposed to get the golden eggs from feeding the chickens and the golden apple from chopping trees.

Golden nugget comes from the mine...
Egg comes from the Hatchery...
And the golden apple comes from and apple tree...

Chopping trees is not the answer.

Some of these items come from adventures but are very rare
