lost about 500 gold bar

couple days ago, I lost about 500 gold bars...email TL support but no one answer.
Does anyone has the same situation?

How did you lose it? If you bought something accidentally worth 500gold then I feel very sad for you. Because they will not return your gold :(

1day log in , saw my gold bar down to 150 instead of 650 . I don't know where they were?

If you do not know what you did with it, or do not have a new dragon in the nest you didn't breed, email TL support. They can let you know where it went if anywhere. If it was a glitch in the system, they may be able to help you too.

It can take 3-5 business days for a support agent to respond to your support email. (support@teamlava.com)
If after 5 days if you do not have a response, reply back to your email with your ticket number and check on a status.
Also make sure their emails do not go into your spam box.
