Energy visiting neighbors

Seems I only get 5 or 6 energy bars on the first few visits then nothing's but coins and xp. Is that how it works for everyone?

It depends on how many neighbors you have. You get 1 energy per 10 neighbors, or thereabouts. After that, you only get exp and coin.

Thanks...I have about 85. Would take a long time visit them all but maybe one of them might invite me to stay for dinner!

I thought the limit is 10 no matter how many neighbors.

The limit is 10. I tend to hit that by about 30 visits.
