Castle story: Upgrade building isn't working

Hello everybody,
I'm using my iPad to play castle story. Now there're new goals where I have to upgrade my buildings. But the upgrade tag isn't coming up. What can I do? I tried several things like restart the game... But nothing worked.
I really appreciate it if somebody could help me. Thx;)
