stored an item when discovered it from royal castle, where did it go?

I discovered a cave formation, and made a flower from the new romantic building (craft) and when it said place or store i hit store bc i didnt have room to put it down I made room, and now its not in my inventory did it disappear or is it somewhere else....

Force close and restart your game. Go to your inventory and click on all. Scroll through til you find the rock with purple crystals.
