New IPhone - New Game?

I've recently had my IPhone replaced due to my old one breaking. I had Restaurant Story at level 22 I believe, am I no longer able to use that restaurant? I've looked to see whether I can sign into my Storm 8 ID (danielakawmd) but so far I've had no luck, is there a way to sign into it and resume working on that restaurant, or will I have to create a new one and start from scratch?

Once I finally matched my old level, old & new UDID, it says the account was transferred.
I just synced the new ipod, (had to RESTORE from BACKUP) and the game is on level 1.
Do I put my Storm8 in from Menu>Social>Invite Friends. ??
