May not meet target

Hello, I have the following problem I have with the aim of Bakery Story "Ready for Romance"!

I want to meet the goal 2 tables and 2 Valentine Valentine buy chairs, but I can not buy Valentine tables or chairs!

Why then have I the target?

I play on the Samsung Galaxy S3!
