Can't build windmill

After the latest update I have been unable to build a windmill despite having all of the correct materials. Any suggestions or fixes?

Try restarting your device. If you still cannot build, can you post a screenshot of your pop up showing you have all the materials?

Well that fixed it, for some reason we're showing I needed a coins instead of a royal beams.
