If you have a new device, you will need to transfer your current storm ID and games over to your new device.

You can email support@teamlava.com (support@teamlava.com) and they can transfer your games.

If you have already set up a new storm ID on your new device, you will not be able to transfer yourself.

Have you set up a new storm ID on your new device? If not and you still have your old device, you can try to transfer yourself.
