Gifting Problem

Hello all :) I hope you are enjoying the new Valentines Day update as much as I am!!

I searched and couldn't find an answer to my gifting issue. I receive a few gifts from my neighbors, and when I try to gift back, I get the message that my gift has been sent but 31 of my neighbors (which is how many I had selected) didn't receive the gift" and so on... Then I go to gift other neighbors I have not yet gifted, and the option is unelectable. What would be the issue? I love to gift but feel like I'm neglecting my neighbors! :(

You can only send 3 gifts per day .
