Problem

So, here is my problem...
The other day, i opened up Dragon Story, and
the majority of my dragons had gone missing.
The only ones that hadn't gone, were crusader that was evolving,
and fire and water, which were breeding.
I emailed Team Lava about it, and was given a series of generic replies,
the last being a suggestion to post on the forums looking for a solution.
Which i did, however, my post got deleted, so here is a re-post.
Things i have tried so far :
force closing
uninstall + reinstall,
tried other versions of dragon story (Dragon story, new dawn, and valentines)

Any suggestions would be welcomed.

Did your girl/boy friend sell them all because you got into a fight?

I visited your island, and the dragons really weren't there. I think your dragons are running away from home. Since they took their habitats with them, I don't suppose you can have them back.
Are you sure nobody sold all your dragons?

by any chance did you put them into the trading portal? because once you put them there they are gone

You can find your posts and started threads under your name in your profile.

It does sound like you are trading your dragons . Once you trade a dragon you will no longer have that dragon on your island.

i didn't do anything with my dragons, i just went on, and they were gone.
also... how do you trade dragons?

I'm gonna go ahead and assume that trading thing is IOS only, as I'm running Android, and i cant find it anywhere.
So yeah, no way i could have traded them.

Yeah atleast you are safe and didn't trade them since you are a droid

Try emailing teamlava@support.com
They are the only ones that can look into your games and tell you what happened

The forum cannot help find your dragons and support issues are private .

It can take s 3-5 business days for an agent to respond to your support ticket. If after 5 business days a support agent has not responded, you can reply back to your email to check the status of your request.
