Trading Portal doesn't work

I have tried reinstalling Dragon Story about 10 times and my trading portal still doesn't work. When I click on it to trade, there is no list where there should be. I am playing on an iPhone 4 iOS 6.1 and am at Level 13

do you have your dragons at level 4? you cannot trade them if they are younger than that

Yep, they are all at least a level 6
