Gem usage needs confirmation text box

I have now used over 30 gems to accidents (10 gems for stone blocks to build a building, 8 gems to finish up chili peppers, 4 gems to be able to collect money from a cottage, etc. etc. etc.). I am sure many others have had similar issues. It's quite frustrating to have a premium currency that you're supposed to value and use sacredly to disappear with one simple accidental tap. A simple confirmation box asking whether you really want to use the gems or not would be invaluable to prevent such accidents.

On another note, it would be smart to add in a calculation for gem cost depending on how many items you have out of the required amount of items needed. For example, when stone blocks are required, even if you have 2/3 to build the object, it will cost the same as if you had 0/3 blocks to build the object.
