New Quests - Unable to upgrade buildings?

Anyone see where the option is to upgrade the buildings? It said to click the building but I see no option?

same here! i wasted two energy collecting from my farmhouses trying to figure out how to upgrade them :o(

just force closed the app & now when i tap on the farmhouse the upgrade option pops up!
