Building upgrades!?

I am playing Castle Story on both my ipad and iphone.

When i was collecting coins today from my ipad, I notice in the bottom I can upgrade some of my buildings (e.g. Observatory, Market, Cathedral etc. I think all Royal Buildings) but i can't do so for my iphone version. Is there already an new update? I am desperate for it :o:o

btw..because I am only Lv 22 at ipad..I can name only a few of the upgrade requirements

Conservatory Lv 2
Effect: Coin from 320 -> 336, Royal Points from 120 -> 126
2 Fancy beams, 10 Glimmerdust, 40 Mushroom, 2 Fancy Block

Cathedral Lv 2
Effect: Coin from 1700 -> 1785, Royal Points from 260 -> 273
2 Architect's Paste, 4 Enchanted Block, 4 Enchanted Beams

Market Lv 2
Effect: Coin from 900 -> 990
2 Fancy beams, 35 Eggs, 2 Fancy Block

Library Lv 2
Effect: Coin from 560 -> 588, Royal Points from 90 -> 95
4 Wooden Beams, 4 Stone Blocks, 10 Coal, 25 Hide

Lantern Spire
Effect: Coin from 240 -> 252, Royal Points from 60 -> 63
1 Purple Dye, 30 Wood, 30 Stone
