cannot accept neighbor invitations

I am UNABLE TO ACCEPT ANY NEIGHBOR INVITATIONS!!!!! EVERY TIME I TRY I GET THE ERROR "You were unable to accept invitation." THIS GOES WITH ALL NEIGHBORS I TRY TO ACCEPT!!!!!!!!!!! PLEASE FIX THIS AND ALL PROBLEMS I HAVE BEEN HAVING!!!!!!!!!

If you have too many pending invitations, you will not be able to invite more friends. You can write on the walls of those you have pending requests with and ask them politely to decline your request.

I haven't invited anyone and I still can't accept invites I'm getting really irritated
