Lost 40 gems

:( I had 54 gems. When I got on tonite I had 14. Didn't spend any.i have e mailed team lava about other losses and have never heard anything back ever. Anything else I can do? Please!!!!!!!

All you can do is email support and they'll tell you what you "bought". They won't refund the gems. :(
