Are we not getting gems by installing DS Valentine 2013?

I saw the DS Valentine is on apps store. However it is not appear as a task in installing the new version of DS as before. Are we not getting the rewards this time?

Cross promotion goals are not always available for all users. If you downloaded the game before you received the goal, you won't see a goal for that game even if you remove the game.
