Please help

I transferred Dragon, Bakery, and Restaurant to my Android from iOS. My iOS device was back at level 1, so I thought the transfer was successful. But I went on Dragon Story on my Android and it was also level 1. I turned my phone off and on several times. I was very far on Dragon Story. I'm freaking out.. please help. Did I lose my progress?
