Did not get reward after finishing a collection.

I finished a collection of pets including golden retrievers, beagles and short haired cats. The reward from this was supposed to be a Jack Russel. It asked me to 'tap to place', which I did. However no Jack Russell appeared. This is the 2nd time I've had a problem with this game....which is starting to bug me, especially as I've put a few ?'s into sorting out my shop.
How can I get this sorted?

Have you checked your inventory to see if he is in there?
Also try restarting your device, and check to make sure the collection is still completed.

I completed My Savings and did NOT get the 75 gems. I am not happy with team lava. Where are my jems?

I had the same problem. I finished my collection but didn't receive the Jack Russell. I did look in storage but mine wasn't there either. However, when looking at the "Designer Breeding" goal it showed I had 1/4 on "Complete a Jack Russell Terrier Family." After much panic and restarting of my device which didn't help, I found a roundabout way to make the Jack Russell appear. First, go to your Breeder then tap on the cushion. Where it gives you the two areas to choose animals to crossbred first choose the Welsh Corgi. On the other option it will show the Jack Russell as locked but click on it anyway. The Jack Russell habitat should pop up in your store & that's it.

I did all you did and now not only is my jack russlle not showing but my box turtle isn't showing, will let me collect but not breed, any advice would be appreciated. Thanks in advance,

I thought it was weird but I ignored it. I was even allowed to cross breed the Jack with my Corgi. I had tried putting the pen back in my inventory and then putting it back in the shop floor to see if the Jack would appear (because now it wouldn't let me collect from it). Well once my cross breeding was done I went to place the CoJack and the Jack Russell pen was completely gone. I looked in my inventory and it isn't there, and I know I didn't sell it... I just wanted to get a Jack Russell so I could continue to crossbreed!

I also finished a collection, Welsh Corgi, Fuzzy Lop Rabbit & Pugs but didn't receive the turtle. Any help out there???

Im not real sure how this works, but i crossbreeded my only jack russel and didnt have a mate is there anyway to get it back???

Hi, you could try breeding the jack russell again if it lets you (no idea of the combo though, sorry!). If there are any active players on this game still they might post some help. Sorry I can't be of help, I no longer play this game. I did want you to know we've seen your post though...
