Im new here if you could tell me how to report id be happy
Take screenshots of people who are harassing you and email them to support@teamlava.com and give them your storm8 ID along with the people you are reporting. It may take a few days for a reply but you will get one.

As Dalula stated you will need to contact support for in game harrassment.
