Breeding time of Caesar

I bred sunrise with forest and got 23 hours breeding time. I thought it was Caesar but another tread put it to be 24 hours. Any idea what dragon it is? The game guild has no dragons with 23 hours

Caesar is 23 hours. Not sure why the other thread is showing it as 24.
