Lost 1 gem without doing anything.

I gain 2 gems for cooking and had 410 gems in total 10 hrs ago.
I logged in 5 mins ago and only had 409 gems.
I'm cooking 16 hr-food and don't buy any thing.
So what happend to 1 gem ?
(I think i'll just get the aswer to send TL support like usual)

Its one gem, its not worth fighting for, 1 gem or 100, TL doesn't refund gems which is an attribute to a horrible company.
