decorating bakery

On my kindle fire, I can't seem to see my whole bakery. It won't even let me move it up and down when I touch the screen. I started redecorating my bakery and can't get to the top corner where the door is. That whole section looks awful because I can't get to it to decorate.:( Can someone please help me! Thank You!

That sounds like the problem I have, I have asked before on forums and received no replies. I am playing on android nexus 10 though. I found I can play Xmas version without this problem. Oddly enough restaurant storydoes the same thing to me..but Xmas and now valentine version work...too bad I don't like restaurant story. Anyway I don't know if kindle has the special versions or not. Good luck and hope someone else replies.

Did u try restarting ur devise or deleting and reinstalling ur devise (ur information is saved)?
