New "vista" house

Does anybody have info on the newly added vista house? I am a little short of level 40 and don't have it unlocked yet. Before I add more condos I want to see if it's something I'd rather save and wait for. How much does it cost, how much space does it takes, how much and often does it earn, what population does it add?

Vista costs 250 gems, adds 170 Pop, and makes 210 coins every 4 hours. Don't know the size.

It's also a 2 x 2. And looks ordinary at night - could've been design with better lights.
