can't delete Nbr rquests

When I log onto the game, there are always people begging to be my nbr, unfortunately I can't take any right now. The thing is when I press decline on their request, the screen processes and than goes back to normal and all my nbr requests are still there and I can't get rid of them. Plz help as I can't have nbr requests getting piled up.

Try deleting and re-installing the app.
