Change of phone & lose my party...

Hello,
I play at BAKERY STORY CHRISTMAS ( Name : koala cofee) and at FASHION STORY CHRISTMAS (name : bagheera shoo).
My storm ID is bagheera3179

I have a new Android phone and I charge the application on My phone, but I have to restart from the begining because I can find my store or bakery with My ID, it doesn't ask me for and if I try to ID with my storm ID, it says "Sorry, this name account is taken" !!!!!!
But it's mine... :/
Could you tell me how can I restore my party at the same level please ?

You will need to transfer your games to your new device.

You can email support@teamlava.com (support@teamlava.com) and they can transfer your games.

If you have already set up a new storm ID on your new device, you will not be able to transfer yourself.
