how to unlock goals

Anyone can advise after all basic recipes are master n completed.. how to unlock
the balance goal's recipes attach?

Do u mean in the back? And if so there were goals which u had 2 complete 2 unlock them and they r now just sitting there 4 u 2 not b able 2 make:(
