im on android and im not receiving any updates or new content going on 3 weeks? cant even get updates thru play store...is there any or just not android?

There's a thread saying the Caesar dragon was released to Android today. No update in Google Play. Maybe restart your device or reinstall.

They spent several weeks recently releasing to iOS and there were no Android releases of any kind. Not sure if this is the first week in a long time Android got something, or if we got something last week. I don't play anymore.
