Lightbringer goal

While I was visiting a neighbor's island, I got the Lightbringer quest/goal pop up and directly after I tapped "continue", it gave me the rewards. I then had to meet at the Tree of Light.
I didn't have to pay any coins or nothing. However, there is no Tree of Light anywhere to be found.
Is this a glitch ?
