Level 4 not giving coins/popup for mastery?

The heart pizza and lobster dish didn't give me the popup that I mastered it and I think the bar is full. It's at the end and I've cooked enough it should have popped up by now. My game synched up a couple times serving those dishes, so I don't know if that messed it up. Is this a bug of some kind? Are the gems from mastering those 2 dishes just gone?

I took a quick look into your account and see you were awarded both of your mastery Gems for each of these items (total of 4 Gems). If you want more info, send me a PM. :)
